Oklahoma is currently 4th in the nation for average daily cases per 100,000 residents according to the CDC. Please continue to practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands. Schedule a vaccine as soon as one becomes available to you.
If you have known exposure or are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, please schedule a test and isolate until you have the results.
Below are some possible test sites. Please call to confirm availability with the facility. Many facilities have weekly changes in hours and availability.
Northeastern Tribal Health System
NTHS now provides rapid/in-house COVID testing, with results taking 15 minutes (plus time for processing/accessioning/notifying). If for any reason you feel you need COVID testing, please call (918) 332-4363 to schedule an appointment. Rapid testing is available from 11am to 2:30pm daily, by appointment only and for patients with an open chart. Patients will line their vehicles up outside the COVID building to the north of the main building. Patients must remain in their vehicles. Nursing will come to your vehicle to obtain a swab sample.

Cherokee Nation Clinics
COVID-19 Drive through testing clinics are located at each Cherokee Nation Health Center (weather permitting). Testing locations are open from 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. This includes the Cherokee Nation Sam Hider Health Center in Jay, OK 918-253-1700
