We are required to first complete the 2016 election that was invalidated by the CFR court. The eligible candidates for the 2020 elections are the candidates who previously filed and paid filing fees at the time of registration. The subsequent election for currently due positions will follow the validation of the June 6, 2020 elections. Current election ordinance states all Seneca-Cayuga members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote in Seneca-Cayuga Nation elections. This constituency defines our General Council and is required to participate in all elections and will receive their ballots via mail.
