Grand Lake Casino is further improving the guest experience through a project that intentionally creates a cleaner and refreshed atmosphere. Nick Birdsong Assistant General Manager, shared the primary reason for the remodel: “The carpet in our facility was more than 10 years old.  Since we are a high traffic facility, we wanted to offer our guests a clean, updated facility when they return. We started with flooring and carpet, and are carrying that through to updated slot stools and a new layout for our gaming machines.” 

During this project, Grand Lake Casino will update their seating on the gaming floor to a premium slot stool that is made of synthetic material that significantly decreases any liquid absorption and increases hygiene and cleanliness. The intent of this is to create an overall cleaner and more comfortable environment for all guests. The new slot chairs are being sourced from KGM, the leading slot chair manufacturing company in the gaming industry.  

Finally, this upgrade will also include a new layout of the games on the floor to create improved visibility of the games available for players.
