Indian Health Services has facilities throughout the United States, including 20 facilities just in the Oklahoma area. Each of these facilities have different eligibility requirements and schedules that change according to vaccine supply. Many of these facilities have Facebook pages in addition to their websites and phone numbers. You can find an IHS facility near you by using this link: https://www.ihs.gov/locations/ 

Once you have located a facility, check their website and/or Facebook page to determine eligibility. Please share the information with all family and tribal members in your community. The loss of both life and the ability to safely gather for ceremonies threatens Native cultures across our country. This vaccine is our way through this awful pandemic.

The Wha-Zha-Zhe Health Center, a tribally managed IHS health care facility on the Osage Nation Campus in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, is offering vaccination clinics to CDIB card holders of all federally recognized tribes ages 18+.  

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health is now vaccinating all Natives. On February 26 & 27, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination event at the Okmulgee Medical Center.  Appointments will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
